These are not your average tacos. Chef Carlos Salgado’s Alta-California cuisine is a mix of Mexican and American cultures, focused on farm to table elements. Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and raised in OC, Salgado served elevated tacos on handmade tortillas for a truly amazing culinary experience. Tucked away in The OC Mix with other boutiques, eateries, and coffee bars, Taco Maria features a prix-fixe dinner Wednesday-Sunday and a la carte options on Tuesday evenings and lunches throughout the week. Time to take your taco game up several notches.
